French carrots were cooked sous vide with orange juice before a quick finish in a pan with butter. The carrots were supremely sweet, tender and definitely a great way to get carnivores to eat some veggies

The mashed potatoes or pomme puree was done in the classical Joel Robuchon style with heaps of butter and was smooth and extremely luxurious. @chef_sebastien_lepinoy adds girolle mushrooms for added flavour and it works brilliantly. This is classical French food done to perfection 😋
