Strandzhanka is a Bulgarian dish, baked bread with ground pork and egg with onions, thyme and cumin. Found the dish to be a tad too dry and was expecting a bit more for this price tag. Seasoning here is more on the mild end. This dish is part of their Around-The-World menu that’s available on weekends for brunch between 11.30am to 4pm.
