It was a sweet potato well worth the $2.80 and the queue (we queued for around 10+mins on a weekday night waiting for the batch to be ready!) Best eaten pipping hot.

We are not sure what sorcery it was, but the skin separated from the flesh perfectly well, with a layer which looked like sugar to us, caramelising the outer layer of the flesh.
