The highlight of that night. The spicy salted egg butter sauce, is a good dressing to the lobster, in which was firm and fresh enough. Although, Nobelle beg to differ, cause she took the claw, and sadly was just all mushy, yuck! The sauce is creamy, with a good kick of spicy and a nice dose of parsley blended into the sauce. On its own, the sauce is simply a killer, paired with anything, it will make that lobster a star. Thank goodness for the sauce.. Really. YUMZ.
