That's how I'll describe the Smoked Salmon Bowl ๐๐ ($12) from Tie Fun Wan which is littered with vibrant orange hues ๐งก from the smoked salmon & pops of ebiko alongside ingredients like daikon, bonito flakes and spring onions.
Though the salmon is kinda obscured by the plump 63ยฐ egg in this picture, I can assure you that there is a generous portion of salmon hiding underneath all that clutter and there will be more than enough to satisfy your pescatorian cravings! Still not enough or feeling greedy for more of that mouthwateringly delicious smoked salmon? ๐ You can always order the Smoked Salmon as a side dish so you can enjoy more of the fish minus the rice at the same price! Woot woot! ๐ .
As with all their bowls, you get to choose either Koshihikari premium rice ๐ or dry lamian ๐ฒ for your bowl and I'll highly recommend having this bowl with the Japanese pearl rice so you can fully savour the Jap influences in it ๐ฏ๐ต .
