Apple crumble tart was stuffed with sweetened cinnamon apple cubes. Tart texture was soft and crumbly, and if you dine it you have an option of heating it up which I did. I did think that over time it became a bit too dry, and would have preferred it if there was an option of topping it up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! I think that classic combination would have been well appreciated. For a tart this size, it was indeed higher on the price point but I do think that a certain quality in standards was still upheld. I have been meaning to try this since my last visit to drips but because it was unavailable, I went for the baked apple cinnamon tart which I personally actually prefer.
