So we traipsed our way to Bedok. πΈπΈ
Bedok has many hawkers from the baby boomers generation and a handful of gen-y hawkers making their mark. So this minced pork noodle at Bedok South is relatively unknown. First time trying and it is actually quite tasty. Noodles were springy. Tossed in lotsa chilli, alittle vinegar and bits of pork lard added that aromatic sinful crunch. Chilli had a very good spicy kick. πΈπΈ
Because the hawker centre was packed, I just forgot to note down the stall name. But cant miss it as it is next to the popular Hill Street charkwayteow.

Much β€ for hawker centres and our hawkers. So Singaporean and proud to be one!
