Waffle, eggs, and kopi/teh!? Serving all‑day breakfast right till the night.
The waffle was delicious, with a strong pandan flavour and a thick slab of chilled salted butter kiap inside, making it extra aromatic like an upgrade from the standard kaya toast. Probably the crispiest waffle crust I’ve had if memory serves, with a chewy, fluffy inner that paired beautifully with the butter.
The soft‑boiled eggs were perfect: yolk runny, whites semi‑liquid. A drizzle of dark soya and a sprinkle of pepper added flavour. Dip the waffle into the eggs and enjoy. Shiok!
Milk tea was smooth, comforting, and milky, with little astringency.
