Sawadeecrap! Thai boat noodles are entering into Singapore. Boat noodles originated in Thailand, where paddles served in small bowls to customers so as to not spill scalding themselves. This is noodles story second outlet beside the one at golden mile

You are able to customise your noodles from what type of meats, what size you want, type of noodles, taste of your base and finally the level of spiciness. It's like stepping into a Japanese ramen shop, where you can fully customise your ramen. •
Their glass noodles are a bit different, it's like flat noodles but it's transparent. The texture was slightly hard, the soup does have the umami flavour, but I hope it has a more flavour. The beef brisket was slightly chewy and not too tough, however, there was too little! I want more! •
Overall, I would say they do serve decent Thai boat noodles and for Thai, they do know how to make shiok spiciness. It makes me want to travel to Bangkok now.
