Petite golden wobbly spheres seemed to be dancing around my eyes. Whilst still nice and warm, Chef Terry did a gentle tap on the sieve and sweet smelling cinnamon powder lovingly embrace the tarts. ◾◾
Everyone has eaten a tart or two. Visualise, once cut open, you get a warm, smooth, soft, creamy custard embodied by a flaky crust. In the background, I could hear the gentle "wahhhh" coming from fellow foodies. Yeah... it sounds right and it says it all.
