The noodles actually look like our Chinese version of Mee Kia. The the egg noodles were springy and it is al-dente. With the addition of the half cooked egg, it enhances the flavour of the soup, making it spicy, sweet and a little sour to tangly those taste buds. Try asking for more nuts. It will stick on the noodles, giving it a crunchy texture
