The waffle was freshly made to order, large, and thick. Its exterior resembled a crispy castle wall, while the interior was akin to an elegant ballroom, offering a soft and fluffy atmosphere. With only four gelato options—Uji Matcha, French Vanilla, Triple Chocolate, and Grandma Strawberry—we had the Triple Chocolate, a fantastic choice. The chocolate flavour was rich and robust, showcasing a blend of chunky, icy, and creamy textures, complemented by chocolatey crunchy bits.
For the softserve, the seasonal Kueh Ban Kek (Pandan Coconut) flavour was on offer. Its strong fragrance, creamy and melty texture, neatly presented swirl, and enjoyable sweetness made it a joyful treat.
