There are only two items on the menu, making the selection fairly easy. The US prime beef is priced at 13.90++ and a very good value for money. The Waygu beef version is twice as much (29.90++) and only makes sense if you love Waygu.
The dish comes with other sides: onsen egg, sesame tofu and gravy. There is a free flow of condiments and pickles.
The highlight is chefโs cooking the beef in front of you. He then collects the sukiyaki juice for gravy later.
Tips: come earlier than the normal meal time to beat the crowd.
