Second visit here for 2 reasons, this place is much quiet than the rest, definitely under radar and I really like their food after my first visit.
I went for their medium rare steak which was surprisingly interesting taste. The manager actually shared that difficulty the chef faced when preparing steak. Firstly the sauce given was sourly which he said many customer don’t like it. But to me it’s kind of interesting taste to accompany the steak. Secondly because of the way the chef preparing the steak, which you have to finish the pieces as fast as possible. Reason being you will have a chewy part at the end when the steak was cold down (which I agree that I left 2 bites at the end as I couldn’t shallow it anymore). They do aware about this and the chef is trying to modify it.
I will definitely want to come back again to try the rest. $22
