FisherChef is a new stall at The Bedok Marketplace and is right opposite The Burning Oak. Not every casual eatery has a place serving up Japanese rice bowls with fresh fish flown in twice a week and the now ubiquitous tendons (thanks to the kohakus and ginzas).🍱

My Kaisen Don looked pack to the brim and loaded with ingredients! Salmon, tuna and swordfish were all present, but so were chuka idako, spicy diced tuna and flaked salmon topped off with mayo..? Overall it seemed like quite a confused bowl with wayyy too many things going on where the oil from the spicy tuna even started pooling at the bottom. That said, I really appreciate the generosity with the ingredients and a simple fix would just be to cut out on the extras and just focus on the main stars. 😁
