Taglierini (nope, not mee pok) is the slender, hand-made and egg-based progeny of Italian tagliatelle. There just wasn’t enough sauce to go around in this dish. I’m unimpressed by this dry, clumpy mess. Can’t say I’m not disappointed given that their chef hails from Melbourne – where I had some of the best grubs in my life.
