all the cakes were soft, airy and moist, and while they were generous with the whipped cream, it doesnā€™t taste heavy / greasy. tldr: you shld come and visit even if youā€™re not in the vicinity.
personally, i love floral & fruity cakes so i was immediately sold on miss ispahan. tbh the combination of rose & lychee must be the new classic - the sweetnesss from the fruit and the floral tones from the roses is probs the best combi these days, and nesuto never failed to deliver. you could taste the rose creme with every bite, and paired with the sweetness of the white chocolate and lychee, itā€™s so delightfully refreshing.

orelys cassis tasted unassuming at first, when you only bite into the sponge cake with the creme (but then again as a vanilla fan, i found it amazing šŸ˜) as you tore the cake apart, the blueberry gelee came into the picture and wow, it became an explosion of tartness on your tastebuds. take the cake, gelee and underlying biscuit in a bite and itā€™s a wonderful mixture of sweet and sour.

you can never go wrong with matcha or you can go terribly wrong, and thankfully le omm belonged to the former. the azuki was not overly sweet and didnā€™t overwhelm the taste of matcha in the cake. the matcha cake and creme complemented the sweetness with a slight hint of bitterness. overall a very light and enjoyable dessert.

definitely not a fan of tiramisu and try to avoid it at all cost. but the tiramisu here was sth i can be convinced to have a second helping of. the taste of coffee was prevalent but didnā€™t overwhelm the other components of the cake, though the alcohol was a tad too strong.
