Tender beef atop a bed of steaming rice and an onsen egg? There's a winning combination. The cook on the beef was superb, with a great crust and a perfect medium rare. I enjoyed each bite as the yolk coated the rice and beef in each bite.

The bowl could have used a sauce at the side to elevate it further to provide another dimension. Still, that's just a minor gripe and I'll head back for this bowl.
