My personal favourites would be the beer and red wine with cheese xiao long bao, the xiao long bao is juicy and it is wrapped in a thin and delicate dumpling skin.

Personally, I have also enjoyed the BBQ pork pastry in Shanghai style. The pastry is flavourful and the bbq pork is tender! Definitely will not mind going for more of it!
