The noodles were springy and cooked perfectly, and the broth was rich and creamy. Super loved the fact that they gave a lot of onion which gives it additional flavour and crunch with each bite. The egg was gooey and runny inside - damn satisfying to just bite into. The pork cutlet was not too oily despite being fried, and had just the right amount of fats such that each piece was tender and soft. Really liked the ramen here!
