Sio Bak has a nice skin which really crumbles. It's as biscuity as people say and it's really quite different from the normal crisp. I got a rather lean cut which was actually fatty enough for me so not complaining. For some reason there's not really a queue though.
Char siu was an absolute stunner as well, being very fatty. The exterior is very well roasted, thus it can be slightly dry but there's a lot of flavour and a contrast in texture. Again it's different from any others I've tried.
The gravy really goes well with the char siu in particular. But make sure u communicate ur order clearly cos somehow I bought two plates lol
