Can you imagine a Cavier station with free flow of Cavier, on top of all the premium seafood on ice trimmings like, lobster, oysters, crabs, yabbies and sashimi, not to mention free flow made to order small plates like grilled Iberico pork belly and Foie Gras for example? :)

And I have not even gotten down to the charcuterie and cheese room, pizza and freshly baked bread from an wood-fired oven and an open charcoal grilled kitchen.

A group with a local celebrity seated near me was overheard praising Chef Eric Neo, who cooked a special grilled lobster with bonito flakes just for them.
I have been to many Sunday brunches in my foodie outings and this has got to be the best buffet for value, quality and service bar none.
