A pretty looking cake, but the taste was underwhelming. It had a displeasing stale fridge note. The texture was spongy with moderate creaminess, carrying a light chamomile flavour and sweetness.

Earl Grey Raspberry Cooler ($8.50)
Earl Grey infused with cooling lemonade, topped with mint and frozen raspberry. Nicely chilled, cooling, sweet, with a distinct Earl Grey note.
