All that effort into the sous vide salmon was certainly worth it for what I got was a piece of really moist and tender salmon. The roasted vegetables came as a mix of carrots, mushrooms and onions, and it was a nice side though I felt that it was a little salty in some parts. I tried all their dressings too, and they were all really pretty tasty. However, if I had to pick, the peppercorn ponzu would be my top choice for its novelty. I really enjoyed the meal, and it was a great way to eat clean!
