Aka Indian caifan. Mutton ribs, sambal chicken, curry vegetable. For some reason my nasi kandar in Malaysia is always dabao. Here they campur the gravies like mad and it was gorgeous before they packed it. It's a mountain of rice and the mutton was fragrant. Sadly the chicken was breast and I touched less than half.
