Needless to say, we were simply awed by their beautifully succulent Fried Snapper (RM115) ☺

The flesh flakes off nicely and each mouthful was firm to the bite. Drenched with a thick layer of ginger soy sauce, it lent a spicy-tangy kick to the fish. An amalgamation of the tartness from the citrus together with the sweet delicate flavour of snapper and crunchy texture from deep-frying is created as a result. We were so impressed by how the skin crunched so beautifully together with the fresh and tender flesh.

If you are wondering what the orange pieces are, they are actually carrot slices which helped to cut through the rich flavour of the dish.
