一種即時行樂的概念~
突然想起友人無意間提起的有些人好像很少和別人分享心事，而我其實也是其中的一個。除非錯按開關/消化不良時，否則很少會聽到我的心事。我的戲劇指導老師就曾說過我的defence mechanism 太強，（平常淚點超低結果哭戲哭不出來我也是醉了😂），因為只有把傷口赤裸裸的扒開才能感覺並捕捉到一些平時沒有感覺/無視掉的情感，然後將其放大融入角裡。這樣情感會更有張力，形象更鮮明立體。我想，這或許是硬撐久了的習慣成自然吧。我覺得處理負面情緒的方式因人而异，所以要找到適合自己的方法。但依我而言，把不開心的事情到處說只會讓負能量持續散播，而我也不會因為說了而有所解脫。畢竟有些事情，你告訴了別人別人也幫不了你反而替你擔心呢。所以我會選擇沉澱，把感覺寫出來，冷靜思考後然後去消化它。這對我來說很有效~ 但我還是很樂意做你們的listening ear，就如某人所說的＂與她聊天就会心情霍然開朗的魔法師＂像那樣把負能量轉化為正能量再傳遞給他人，像這樣的一個存在😊 💕

At the request of the birthday boy, my family had dinner here as part of his birthday celebrations. We specifically came here earlier to dine as there was a 40% discount given to early bird diners. It was a sumptuous and satisfying meal which was made sweeter by the generous discount given.
