Feast your eyes on the flowy sexy soft boiled egg (ikura onsen). An enjoyable slurp! Hirame (flounder) with truffle that brought up the umaminess of the fish. Grilled wild kuruma ebi mentayaki, torched and exuding that wokhei aromatics. Nagasaki Chanpon (Noodles with Seafood and Pork cooked with Vegetables in Soup) is a must order if you crave for a more comforting meal.

The noodles was my favorite as it had that clean taste, something which I would cook at home. Chef Thomas Kok @botanjapanese was the chef that introduced japanese food to Singapore in the 1980s. With over three decades of experience, his passion is still seen through his food.
