First thoughts - where’s my patty!? Lol. Found it after the first bite 😆 Chargrilled patty shrouded under aged cheddar... I was pleasantly surprised. It was not one of those super-hearty-meat-juices-spurting kinda burger, more of a subtle, understated tickle-your-tastebuds burger.
