Festive buffet that runs til Christmas. Buffet experts will know usually when such meats appear it's a legit buffet. The beef had better cuts than the lamb imo, while the lamb tasted more natural. Both had copious fats, which I appreciate. There's supposed to be an alfresco grill but we didn't see it.
