Signature Kampung Steam Chicken (Half) (RM 50)
Got attracted by this glistening golden hue of chicken. Its beautifully golden, smooth skin encased soft, tender meat, drizzled with fragrant sesame oil and soy sauce. Mmm... delicious! The chicken was aromatic, with the right texture and flavour to match. While this place is known for Bak Kut Teh, they also offer zichar dishes, and I’d definitely recommend getting this kampung chicken over their bak kut teh.

Signature Spare Ribs (RM 22)
This is a single-person portion, which felt rather small and somewhat pricey. The bowl contained 4 pieces of spare ribs in a herby soup. The soup had a strong garlic taste, which overshadowed the natural herbal savouriness. The ribs, however, were chewy, easy to debone, and moderately flavoured.

Chrysanthemum Tea (Cold) (RM 3.80)
A homemade floral brew that was sweet and refreshing, though quite sugary.
