After @mshannahchia preview of the Black Velvet Waffle [$14] and the same waffle floods my feed.

Black sesame waffle with dark chocolate coated vanilla ice cream and black miso caramel.

There's no way a black sesame lover could say no to this. Imo, it would be complete with black sesame ice cream, as I like the distinctive black sesame taste.

Really sad that Montana is closing at the end of this year, they have some of the best savoury waffles around :( featuring the Nasi lemak waffle ($16.50++) comprising tumeric confit chicken, otah mousse, sambal chilli, sunny side up egg, peanuts and ikan bilis (hidden under the chicken) all atop a coconut rice waffle.

Great add-ons to every meal - bite-sized Mac & Cheese Fritters from @montanasingapore 🙌🏻

Gula Melaka Coconut Cold Brew - amazing coffee!

Assam Crab Waffle ($16.80) & Calamari ($10.00) | Loved it that they used real chunks of crab, was expecting those crab meat stick but they exceeded my expectations.

Nasi Lemak Waffle - Hidden ikan bilis, peanuts and sambal chilli right below that huge and tender fried chicken.
