This was a really hearty and satisfying dinner, perhaps even the best that I've had in a fortnight! We ordered the Grilled Octopus as well as the Uni, Lardo & Caviar Toast for our starters before diving right in to the Black Opal Wagyu Zabuton MS6-7 and the 2GR Full Blood Wagyu Rib Cap MS8/9 (paired with the Crusted Mac & Cheese and Beef Heart Tomatoes) for our main course. Every dish was spectacularly delicious and left us craving for more! The dinner concluded with the Eton Mess as our dessert, which was a sweet and sour mixture of mango, passion fruit, and meringue, and boy did I enjoy it more than I had expected to! I'm usually not a fan of sour desserts, but this Eton Mess really did win me over. With such good food and excellent service from the staff, I will definitely be back for more in the future!
