At Etna's, we ate big, grew bigger. Here's one of the many food items we ordered at our table. Etna's located under a walk-up apartment - not an old walk-up apartment which would possibly have created a hipster vibe about that place, but one with a modest, unpretentious and simple facade. The interior of the restaurant itself pretty much suits the above description too, and so does the food. Every ingredient used came through in each dish without being overpowered by artificial seasoning. Read: fresh tomato pizza base, the creaminess of burrata and flavourful saltiness of Parma ham šŸ˜ Therefore, what I really liked about this place was being able to taste everything I saw in my food, the unpretentious setting and impeccable service.
