Classic handmade tagliatelle tossed in masala cream then topped with shreds of duck confit, roasted hazelnuts, spinach and parsley. The duck was well seasoned and the pasta was cooked al-dente in savoury and nutty sauce. Not forgetting how generous they are with the serving of tender shredded duck and spinach.
