Tried the tofu gelato and I’m kinda hooked. Super smooth, really creamy and not sweet at all. There’s a subtle hint of salt that gives it a nice balance so it doesn’t feel flat. It’s the kind of dessert that even non-dessert people would enjoy.
It’s freshly made so the texture’s spot on and the flavours feel clean and light. Price-wise, it’s a little on the higher side but worth it for the quality and experience.
Loved that they offer free samples at the tasting station. Ended up trying the other flavours such as high-protein tofu, black sesame, sweet corn, sweet potato and pistachio.
