Taking over the space previously owned by the famous 88 Hong Kong Roast Meat Specialist, does the new Suntec Chicken Rice measure up to our expectations?

Roasted Chicken and Roasted Meat Rice ($4.50) was visually appealing. The chicken was tender enough but lacking of flavours. While the roasted meat had a good lean and fat ratio, the crispy skin did not crackle in the way I like it to. But the amount of meat served at this wallet-friendly price, it explains the snakey queue at the store. 😀
