Flamegrilled Wagyu beef patty, topped with onions, bacon, cheese and an onsen egg (so adorably wobbly 😋) The patty had a nice flame-grilled charred flavour; would've been awesome if the patty was just a tad bigger & juicy just to give it that extra oomph •
