As it is going to be the new year soon, I am going to try something new too by posting a review live as I just finished my new year eve buffet meal at Latest Recipe at Le Meridien hotel Sentosa (formerly movenpick resort hotel), before I go for the countdown party at Siloso Beach.
The food is great with lobsters and oyster on ice, local delights like satay, chilli flower crabs and roast duck. A really tasty fish maw soup and black pepper beef kway teow.
Initially I was wondering why is there no desert station but they actually moved it to WOW (world of whisky) just for NYE, a lounge and bar area. And there I found a ala minute crepe suzzette station, macaroons, green tea chocolate and fruit selection.
All in all the food is great, the service is adequate and I am now all pumped up for 2017!
