Almond croustillant topped with vanilla sponge, zesty mango compote, passionfruit coulis, mango diplomat, and vanilla whipped ganache. Truly the best cake since they started, this flavour is a must-have. Sweet and sourish, yet so refined.

Matcha Strawberry
Green tea chiffon layered with matcha chantilly, fresh strawberries, and matcha cremeux, topped with more strawberries, chantilly, and buttery crumble. Earthy, luscious, and well-balanced without bitterness.

Raspberry Lychee Oolong
Oolong chiffon with oolong rose milk tea chantilly, lychee fruit and raspberry rose confit, topped with more chantilly and oolong tea jelly. Tea-licious! Tea-rrific! Tea-nity!

Strawberry Mochi
Fresh strawberries, vanilla chantilly, and strawberry confit sandwiched between vanilla chiffon, wrapped in mochi skin, and topped with more chantilly and strawberries. Pillowy, airy, creamy, soft sweet-tart with a tad of chewiness.
