Cooked only upon order, this plate of wet-style "fried bee hoon" is redolent with "wok hei" and tonnes of garlic chunks. There's "chye sim", fishcake, sliced fish and a couple of prawns tossed in. I love eggs, so inevitably, I always add one on.
You can find this dish at standalone food stall that takes up the whole unit of #02-55 inside Golden Landmark Shopping Centre. Besides churning out "zi char", they also have "chap chye png" (choice of ready-cooked dishes and rice). Don't worry if you can't find a seat, the uncle will open up fold-away tables for customers. That's the beauty of these old school food places - flexibility is their "modus operandi".
