Fried to a nice crisp without being oily. Pry the golden exterior open to reveal tender and moist meat that will leave you yearning for an endless cycle of “okay, just another piece”’s. Love the laidback, slightly mysterious vibe and stellar Japanese-themed bar bites at this joint. Already planning my next visit here. Oh yes, and best of all — it’s a freaking highball den.
