Bursting with rich meaty flavour, the Wagyu Beef Bourguignon was a hearty stew of beef cheek chunks with carrots, mushrooms and creamy mash potato, accompanied with baguette slices. The beef was meltingly fork tender and the carrots were sweet and savoury from absorbing the flavours of the stew. And the mash potato with the robust savoury sauce hit a delicious spot that we couldn't get enough of.
