Located on the upper floor of Bedok Market Place (a nicely furnished hawker centre close to Changi airport), we visited @rongguangbbq to taste 🇸🇬 national delicacies

The sweet and spicy sauce was like a flavour party to our taste buds - there were hints of egg, ketchup and even ginger flower 🦀️ Besides complementing the fresh crab, it also went really well with a bowl of white rice, but the real Singaporean way is to pair with fried mantous 😉

This was my first time trying stingray and the unique meat texture totally caught me off guard - it kind of melted in my mouth, but was still firm at the same time 😲 A bit spicy, but still highly recommended!
