The soup was light and clear; a refreshing departure from all more commonly richer and thicker broths. The noodles were firm and springy, and had a really nice texture. Toppings include spring onion, bamboo shoot, seaweed, pork slices, and an egg. The pork was tender and melts in your mouth (which is the way it should be) and the bamboo shoots and onion provided a nice crunch with each mouthful. The egg, being the star of every ramen, did not disappoint. The centre was nice and runny, and the white was not over-cooked and was soft and spring. Really liked it for its simplicity. Worth trying!
