This was recommended by my uncle. The polo bun itself was light, crisp with a slight buttery sweet fragrance. A large piece of succulent pork chop and some lettuce and tomato were sandwiched in the middle of the bun. It might look light but trust me, it was quite filling as the piece of meat was HUGE. This is one of the best polo buns I’d ever have, though I didn’t really like the fats in the meat and so it took me a while to remove them HAHA (maybe I don’t know how to appreciate such a delicacy but, well, that’s me!) slightly sinful but a total indulgence that’s worth the calories. .
