The basil pork rice came with a strong garlic and chilli fragrance with the holy basil giving it that unmistakable aroma. The minced pork was savoury with a good bite and the sauce was enough to coat the rice without feeling dry. Spice levels are adjustable but even the lowest level was good enough for me, carrying just the right kick without overwhelming the flavours.
