It's pork belly shabu with oil poured over the scallions.

The pork belly is very good. There's this intensity of flavour and the texture is great as well, better than the ones we get here for sure. The oil is umami but not mindblowingly so. Hakata udon is softer than the normal ones, and there's a little bit of bite in the centre.

Overall very good bowl. But not great, nor worth the time queueing honestly(plus it's located in quite an ulu area so that's something you have to factor in also)
