Came across a ST article sharing that O Kee Roast Delight is run by the former head chef of the legendary Toh Kee Roast Duck — the very one my mum always raves about. Naturally, we had to give it a try. 👀

We went for their Cantonese charcoal roast duck and meats. The duck was slightly chewy yet juicy, with a thin layer of charred, crisp skin — plus big thumbs up 👍 to the chef for kindly helping to debone the drumstick for my mum’s special request. Such a thoughtful touch. 🤩
