This charcoal pork bun is basically a "Xiao Long Bao" with a charcoal bun as the exterior; a mouthful would reveal broth and pork hidden in its core. Looked gimmicky, but was surprisingly good. Worth a try if you have the cash to spare; the dimsum here don't come cheap. -
